General Terms (Mike R Vosper Coins - 24 January 2022)
1. Welcome to our Store on the MA web site. By using the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
2. On occasions Mike R Vosper may revise the Terms of Sale. Revised terms will be posted to the Store, and are effective immediately.
3. All personal information you supply to us must be truthful and is kept strictly confidential. However, in the event that we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to supply your information to relevent authorities.
4. All data in the Store is the property of Mike R Vosper and is protected by copyright laws. The content of the Store may be used as a shopping and educational resource. Any other use of the Store, including the reproduction, modification, distribution or display of the content is prohibited without prior consent.
5. All coins sold are subject to availability.
Terms of Sale (Mike R Vosper Coins - 24 January 2022)
1. APPROVAL TERMS- All items are sent on a 14 day approval and should anything be unsatisfactory, it may be returned within this period for either exchange, credit or refund of the purchase price. The customer shall bear the cost of returning all items and shall insure them for their full value.
2. AUTHENTICITY- All items are strictly graded and are Guaranteed Genuine.
3. POSTAGE - U.K. orders £801 and over are sent free. Orders under £100 add £2 to cover postage and packing by Recorded Delivery. Orders £101 - £800 add £8 to cover Special Delivery. Overseas orders £801 and over are post free. Orders under £800 add £15 to cover postage and packing.
4. PAYMENT - U.K. orders may be paid by cheque, credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash or PayPal. Non UK orders may be paid by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal (Sterling). We accept VISA and Mastercard. Title of goods does not pass until payment is made in full.
5. SHIPMENT - Please provide a shipping address and advise us of any special shipping instructions. Unless other specific shipping instructions are indicated, coins are sent either by Recorded Delivery (U.K. orders up to £100), Special Delivery (U.K. orders over £101), International Signed For (Non UK) or FedEx (extra charge incurred). Every effort is made to ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow a reasonable time for delivery.
6. I do not ship to CHINA or RUSSIA.
