Terms of Sale

By purchasing from Nuqud Gallery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Terms

• All items listed are available for direct purchase at fixed prices.

• Nuqud Gallery reserves the right to adjust prices, withdraw items from sale, or decline service at its discretion.

2. Item Descriptions & Authenticity

• Nuqud Gallery provides detailed descriptions, including weight, diameter, grade, and other specifications, to the best of our ability. However, descriptions are not a guarantee. Buyers are responsible for reviewing images and verifying details before purchase.

• All coins sold by Nuqud Gallery are guaranteed genuine, unless explicitly stated as a “reproduction” or otherwise noted. Certified coins (NGC, PCGS, ANACS) are subject to the guarantees of those grading companies.

3. Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final. Returns can be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and in such case:

• The item has to be returned in its original condition. A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued once the item is received.

• If a claim is made regarding authenticity, the buyer must initiate the claim within 14 days of delivery. A well-known expert’s opinion must then be provided. Nuqud Gallery holds the right to choose the expert for verification; otherwise, the opinion of NGC will be accepted.

• If an item is confirmed non-genuine, the buyer must return it in its original condition. A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued once the item is received.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at checkout. Accepted payment methods include:

• PayPal

• Credit/Debit Cards (processed via Stripe)

• Bank Transfer

• For bank transfers, the buyer must ensure that Nuqud Gallery receives the full amount after any applicable transfer fees. If unsure, please consult your bank beforehand.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Once payment is received, orders are shipped via:

• FedEx International Priority. Please make sure a phone number is included to be relayed to FedEx. In cases when FedEx is not available, another express courier will be used.

• We reserve the right to ship via another courier or post office if FedEx is not available or limited to the buyer's address.

• Local pickup is not available.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import restrictions in their country.

• If the buyer fails to receive the item and the shipment is returned to us, a refund will be issued excluding the shipping costs for both the original dispatch and the return delivery.
