PRODUCTS AVAILABILITY

Generally speaking, all products that appear as available are. An order can be placed from several platforms, so all product orders are subject to their availability as a whole and, in this sense, if there are difficulties in their supply, or if there are no items in stock, We will provide you with information about substitute products that you can order. If you do not want those substitute products, we will refund any amount that you could have paid.

RETURN POLICY

From the receipt of the order, you have a maximum period of 15 days to return the product as long as you notify it previously by email to info@numismaticaladobla.com. The customer may return any item that has been purchased in Numismática La Dobla, being this in the same conservation in which it was sent. Returns will not be accepted when coins, wallets, cartridges or other items have been tampered with, cleaned or damaged.

As soon as Numismática La Dobla receives the product and verifies its good condition, we will refund the amount corresponding to the cost of the product through Paypal or by bank transfer to the account indicated by the client.

The shipping costs that the customer paid when placing the order will not be refunded except if the return is due to a fault on our part, and the order consisted only of the item to be returned.

In the case of payments by Paypal, the commission charged for the payment by PayPal will not be refunded, except if the return is due to a fault on our part.

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
