The coins you buy by Joel Numismatics are always 100% Genuine. The quality of the coins is based on the experience and knowledge of Joël Numismatics. However, the quality can be seen as opinion therefore always determine the quality by the photos that we provide in the advertisement .

Orders will be dealt with in order of receipt . If you have ordered coins , you will receive an e - mail . It contains the invoice with payment details . When you pay by bank transfer, please add your name in the description from the bank transfer. Otherwise the order can be delayed .

If you’re not satisfied with you purchase then there is an option to send your coin back in a decent time. The packaging is designed in a way so that you can judge the coin properly. The costs for shipping the coins back are always for the customer. Unless there is another agreement about the costs. The money will only be send back if the coin is in possession of Joël Numismatics.

The price of the coins are always presented in euros . The exchange costs are for the buyer.

Coins falling within the VAT margin scheme. Therefore there is no VAT on the invoice . Investment in gold is always tax-free.

Items offered by Joel Numismatics remain the property of Joël Numismatics until the full payment is done.

If you choose standard shipping , the risk for the buyer .
If you choose for registered mail there is no risk. Unless agreed otherwise.

Coins are always packed properly so that the contents on the outside is not visible.
Damage done by the post is not the responsibility of Joel Numismatics. But if it occurs Joel Numismatics will do anything to claim the costs of damage for you.

Orders are always shipped within two business days after payment unless you pay with Paypal. The orders will be shipped in 7 workdays.

Of each coin there is basically only one available .

An order placed by an incorrect price , eg 10 euros instead of 100 euros will be canceled by Joel Numismatics .

PAYMENT METHODS:

1. International bank transfer by Iban.

2. PayPal in combination with REGISTERED MAIL only 550 EUR maximum.All payments higher are only accepted by IBAN bank transfer. Shipping will take longer.

3. Cash by (registered) mail on buyers risk (Euro or dollars ).

For all the rest, the Dutch law applies
