General terms and conditions of sale Numismatik Fleischmann
All coins are unconditionally guaranteed genuine . Our company sells only original coins.Grading is in accordance with European standards ,unless the coin is officialy graded by grading service such is PCGS,NGC and other grading companies.
The pictures of the coins are the actual pictures of the coins for sale in this store.
Coins must be ordered via website in order to asure the reservation until the payment is made in full.
No orders will be dispatched unless cleared payment has been received.
Payment has to be made within 3 working days after placing an order.If the payment is not cleared within 7 days after placing an order the order will be canceled.
Shipping is organized with registered letter with tracking number.Insurance of the walue is up to the buyer and will be added to shipping costs depending of value of the coins only by written request of the buyer.
We are not responsable for lost,stolen or damaged items as a result of shipping.
Returns for any reason are accepted within 7 days of receiving the coins ,exept from dealers and third parties.Coins must be in the same condition as posted to you. Certified coins (NGC, PCGS or CGS/UK) are not accepted if the slab has been damaged or broken. Responsibility for lost,damaged or stolen items during this phase remains with the customer and no refund will be issued.
The costs of initial shipping,back shipping,PayPal fees and costs of refund are on the buyer.We reserve 14 days period after receiving a coin and full buyers bank account data, to make a refund.
Shipping is calculated as follows:
-Express mail from 25 € depending on value
If the buyer is not paying for fully insured shipping it means he is aware that all the risk of lost,stolen or damaged shipment is at his risk and the seller-Numismatik Fleischmann is not responsible for any financial or other damage which may occur during shipping.
