Authenticity

All items are 100% guaranteed authentic.

Each coin is carefully examined and described to the best of our professional knowledge and experience.

Payment Options:

-Bank transfer.

* For payment outside European Union, all bank fees are 100 % on the charge of the buyer.

-PayPal

5 % will be added in case payment by PayPal on the total amount (Item price +shipping)

*All items remain the property of Decapolis Numismatics until full payment has been received.

PRICES:

The prices are given in Euro, and should be paid in Euro and are net prices, but without shipping costs. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. However, items are calculated on the price basis that was valid at the time of the order.

Shipping and Return policy:

-All items shipped from Decapolis to the buyer are insured via Secursus.com, and include a tracking number.

- Only into the European Union, any items can be returned within 14 days, shipping should be with tracking number, refund will be made after receiving the item back without any damage or signs of wear. The refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of returned goods. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received in its original condition.

-In the case of a return shipment, only the purchase amount will be refunded, Paypal fees, bank charges, and any other payment or administrative costs are non-refundable. Returns are not accepted if the coin has been cleaned after purchase.

- (except authenticity reason), no return possible for items sold outside European Union.

-For orders outside the European Union, some coins may require up to 10 days for shipping due to the time needed to obtain an export license.

-Our responsibility could not be engaged in a late delivery the time showed when placing your order, are indicative and not reference.

-We always do our best to ensure safe delivery. However, for shipments outside the EU, risks related to customs or local regulations remain the buyer’s responsibility.

- For international shipments, the buyer is 100 % responsible for any duties or taxes, or special regulation, related to the item sold by us.

-All requests or inquiries for any reason (except authenticity) regarding a sold coin, item, or its shipment must be submitted within 14 days from the shipment date

-Complaints regarding authenticity must be made within 360 days of the shipping date and must be accompanied by proof signed by at least one recognized professional numismatic grading company approved by us, (PCGS, NGC)

-In the case of a lost shipment, the refund will be issued once the loss is officially confirmed by the carrier and the insurance compensation process has been completed.

-The contract is governed in Belgium law, The competent place of jurisdiction is Brussels.

The present general condition of sale and the tariffs are expressly accepted by the buyer, who declares that he has taken full knowledge of them and refrains from invoking any conflict.
