CGV | MA-Shops

When you purchase from us, you have a full 10 days to decide whether or not it's a "keeper".
Unless otherwise negotiated, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy for non-auction coins. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back for a full, immediate refund. You don't even need to contact us in advance, but returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of the coins.
Sorry, there are no returns allowed on items purchased with layaway or extended payment plans*.
Exceptions*: Layaway purchases, or purchases whose payments extend over 30 days, cannot be returned for any reason. Due to volatile markets, returns are not accepted on any bullion-related items (gold/platinum Eagles, $50 Buffaloes, generic gold issues, etc.). In such matters, we will negotiate an appropriate return amount on a case-by-case basis.
