Registering and sending the order implies knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale.

- VAT is included in all prices quoted.
Payment options:.
- Bank transfer: The system will provide all the necessary data for the transfer if the client accepts this form of payment.
- Paypal: Purchases made through the PayPal platform, a 5% commission is charged for PayPal fees in €. We have the right to refuse Paypal as payment for high value orders or for orders to high risk destinations.
Published prices apply with the exception of printing, computer, end of advertising or inventory errors.
-Shipments will be made once payment of the item is received.
Transport:
- All orders are sent by traceable registered mail.
- Insured shipping at the request of buyers. Please contact us for more details.
- Shipping without insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
- We offer express shipping by UPS courier contact for prices.
- If the address is a PO Box, COLECCIONMANIA, is not responsible for damages or losses.
- The customer must examine the packaging of the merchandise immediately after receipt to determine if there is any damage, evidence of which must be noted in the accompanying shipping documents and photographed. In the event that the customer does not receive the shipped merchandise, any claim by the customer must be made within the month following receipt of the Coleccionmania tracking information.
Availability of the products
The selection of products offered in coleccionmania is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. In the event that there is a stock break or specific unavailability of an item, coleccionmania will contact you to notify you immediately and give you a new delivery period or, if it is not possible to serve you said product, proceed to its cancellation.
In any case, a delay in delivery with respect to the indicated deadlines will not entitle the customer to demand any compensation.
