Terms and Conditions for NUMIS BULGARIA EOOD on MA-Shops Platform

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between NUMIS BULGARIA EOOD, hereinafter referred to as the "Dealer," operating as a Certified Dealer on the MA-Shops.com platform, and the Users who purchase numismatic items through our MA-Shops store, hereinafter referred to as "Customers."

NUMIS BULGARIA EOOD is a company registered under the Trade Act of the Republic of Bulgaria with a Unified Identification Code (EIK) 206775829, located at 22 Samokovite Street, Peshtera, email address office@numis-bg.com, phone number +359899167169.

We operate as a Certified Dealer on the MA-Shops.com platform (www.ma-shops.com), the world's most trusted numismatic marketplace.

Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before purchasing items from our MA-Shops store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in conjunction with MA-Shops' platform terms and policies.

Definitions

MA-Shops Platform - The numismatic marketplace located at www.ma-shops.com and all its subpages where our items are listed.

Customer/User - Any natural person who purchases numismatic items for personal, non-commercial purposes through our MA-Shops store.

Items - Coins, banknotes, medals, tokens, and other numismatic collectibles offered for sale through our MA-Shops store.

Order - A purchase request placed by a Customer through the MA-Shops platform for one or more items from our inventory.

Services Provided

We offer authentic numismatic items for sale through our certified dealer store on the MA-Shops platform. All items are accurately described and photographed. Customers can browse our inventory and place orders directly through the MA-Shops interface.

Order Process

1. Orders are placed through the MA-Shops platform using their standardized ordering system.

2. Once an order is placed, you will receive automatic confirmation from MA-Shops, and we will be notified of your order.

3. We will confirm availability and provide payment instructions within 24 hours of receiving the order notification.

4. The sales contract is formed when we accept your order and provide payment confirmation.

5. We reserve the right to decline orders for items that are no longer available or in cases where we cannot verify the customer's information.

Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable according to European regulations.

2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already confirmed by us.

3. Available payment methods include:

   • Bank transfer (SEPA)

4. Payment instructions will be provided after order confirmation. Payment must be completed within 7 days of confirmation.

5. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods and will be clearly communicated before payment.

Authenticity Guarantee

1. We guarantee the authenticity of all numismatic items sold through our MA-Shops store for the lifetime of the item.

2. If any item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized numismatic authentication service, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price plus reasonable return shipping costs.

3. Authentication disputes must be supported by written certification from a recognized grading service or numismatic expert.

Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and value of items ordered.

2. All shipments are fully insured for their declared value.

3. International shipments comply with customs regulations of both Bulgaria and the destination country.

4. Delivery times vary by destination:

   • EU countries: 2-10 business days

   • Non-EU countries: 7-21 business days

5. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Returns and Consumer Rights

1. Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery without stating a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

2. To exercise this right, customers must:

   • Contact us via email with order details

   • Return items in original condition and packaging

   • Cover return shipping costs (unless item was misrepresented)

3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items in acceptable condition.

4. The following items cannot be returned:

   • Items damaged by customer handling beyond reasonable inspection

   • Items that have been altered or cleaned after delivery

   • Custom orders or specially requested items

Complaints and Warranty

1. Customers may file complaints about items that do not match their description or are damaged upon delivery.

2. Complaints must be filed within 14 days of delivery and include:

   • Order details and item description

   • Clear photographs showing the issue

   • Preferred resolution method

3. We maintain a complaint register and will respond to all complaints within 5 business days.

4. Filing a complaint does not prevent customers from pursuing legal remedies.

Intellectual Property

1. All images, descriptions, and content in our MA-Shops store are protected by copyright and belong to NUMIS BULGARIA EOOD or our authorized partners.

2. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Contract Termination

1. We may refuse future orders from customers who:

   • Violate these terms and conditions

   • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

   • Consistently return items without valid reasons

2. Customers may cease doing business with us at any time.

3. Existing orders and warranties remain valid regardless of relationship termination.

Privacy and Data Protection

1. Customer personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and our privacy policy.

2. Data is collected only for order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service purposes.

3. Customer information is never shared with third parties except as required for payment processing and shipping.

Limitation of Liability

1. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of items sold.

2. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.

3. Our liability does not extend to MA-Shops platform functionality or third-party payment processor issues.

Dispute Resolution

1. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

2. Disputes may be resolved through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

3. Alternative dispute resolution procedures are available through recognized Bulgarian consumer protection organizations.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

1. These terms are governed by Bulgarian law for all matters relating to our obligations as seller.

2. EU consumer protection laws apply to all customer rights and remedies.

3. Any disputes will be resolved in Bulgarian courts, subject to mandatory EU consumer protection jurisdiction rules.

Changes to Terms

1. We may update these terms to reflect changes in law or business practices.

2. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email at least 7 days before implementation.

3. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

4. Customers may terminate their relationship with us if they disagree with changes.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced by applicable legal requirements.
