JUDGEMENT OF PARIS Mythos Gilded 2 Oz Silver Coin 2000 Francs Cameroon 2026 FB

This splendid 2 Oz Silver coin is part of the "Mythos" series, a journey into the beauty, desire, and fatal choices of ancient mythology. This edition portrays the Judgement of Paris. A golden apple. Three divine rivals. One verdict destined to awaken jealousy and lead the ancient world toward war. Paris sits beneath the sacred tree as Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite approach in sculptural Ultra-High-Relief. Their Silver forms rise against a richly gilded field, where flowing lines surround the scene like currents of fate. Polished to luminous Proof and enriched by Gold plating, the coin transforms myth into radiance. It is presented in a capsule and box with its Certificate of Authenticity. Limited mintage of only 333 pieces worldwide! The reverse of this Silver coin depicts the Judgement of Paris, the fateful contest that placed beauty, power, and desire before a mortal judge. To the left, Paris rests beneath an ancient tree, holding the apple that must be awarded to the fairest goddess. At the center and to the right, Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite stand before him. Poised. Proud. Divine. Their silent rivalry carries the first spark of the Trojan War. The figures and tree emerge in dramatic Ultra-High-Relief, revealing intricate anatomy, flowing drapery, dense foliage, and deeply sculpted bark. All around, the gilded background is crossed by hypnotic engraved lines, creating movement and drawing every element toward the apple in Paris' hand. The Gold plating burns behind the Silver figures like divine light. At the bottom of the reverse, the inscription: "2026" - the year of issue. Nearby, the artist's marks are also visible. The obverse presents the Coat of Arms of Cameroon at the center, framed by an elaborate openwork ornament and a gilded geometric background. At the top, the inscription: "2000 FRANCS CFA" - the face value. Around the Coat of Arms, the inscriptions: "PAIX PEACE", "TRAVAIL WORK", and "PATRIE FATHERLAND" - the national motto in French and English. At the bottom, the inscriptions: "REPUBLIC OF CAMEROON" and "REPUBLIQUE DU CAMEROUN" - the issuing country. To the left, the inscription: "2 OZ 9999 ARGENT PUR" - the weight and fineness of the Silver.
