Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Numisart GmbH you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale:
- All items are subject to availability. We guarantee the authenticity of the items listed in our online shop. The items are described to the best of our knowledge. In exceptional cases we reserve the right to reject an order placed with us.
- We accept payments by bank transfer (bank charges may occur) or PayPal (we reserve the right to refuse payment by PayPal for high value orders or shipping destinations considered ‘high-risk’ in respect of loss or theft of the items).Payment must be received within 7 days of placing the order unless agreed otherwise. The goods remain our property until paid for in full.
- We will normally prepare and dispatch the shipment within 2–3 days of receipt of payment. Shipping and insurance are not included in the purchase price. We use tracked services that will require your signature upon receipt of the shipment. If you wish to use a courier of your choice, please state your preference upon purchase. Additional charges will apply.
- All items sent out may be returned within 14 days of receiptif not satisfactory, at the cost and responsibility of the buyer. The items must be received back in the same condition as sent out by us, without any alteration or damage. We will not take responsibility for items returned uninsured. Refunds are limited to the purchase price of the goods.
- The buyer must obey customs regulations and import requirements in the country of destination. Custom charges or any other import charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We cannot be held responsible for any dispute with Customs or Tax authorities.
- Any dispute or claim shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal State of Austria. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
