RARE LOW MINTAGE AND ONE-YEAR COIN.
PCGS MS 62.
Gorgeous golden patina and sharp medallic strike are the signature of this RARE Taler of Alexander of Brandenburg-Ansbach (1757-1791), 1764. It is a very rare occasion to see this type of taler on ANY auctions around the world. We got lucky to have one graded as MS 62 by PCGS. Of course, TOP of the population as well as just one graded - very rare coin!! As I mention above the coin is covered with golden patina, still reflective fields, minimal amount of handling marks - uncirculated coin from all perspectives. Great collectible and investment find!!
